English name: Large-flowered pink rose
Care
The purchase of fresh flowers, pre-treated by the floriculturist, guarantees a longer duration.
Use a clean pot with tap water (at room temperature).
Adding the cut flower preservative (Chrysal, Floralife) to the water extends the shelf life.
Choose the special preservative for used flowers.
Shorten the stems 3-5 cm with an oblique cut using a knife or sharp scissors.
Avoid letting the leaves come into contact with water.
Avoid exposure of flowers to drafts, full sun and radiators.
Regularly add tap water to the jar.
Warning! These flowers absorb a lot of water.
Keep the flowers away from the fruit basket. The fruit emits ethylene gas, which accelerates the aging process of the flowers.
It is preferable to leave the thorns on the stems.
Check the stage of maturity of the flowers; unripe flowers tend not to fully bloom.
In floral works: wet the sponge well and also add the preservative (Chrysal, Floralife) to the water.
